Two Whitman deeds tie for month's top price at $615
Whitman recorded nine property deeds between July 24 and August 22. Seven of the nine disclosed a sale price, ranging from $470 to $615, with a median of $550; two prices were not disclosed. The month's most notable transaction was a tie: both 27 Erin St and 534 Hogg Memorial Dr sold for $615, the period's highest recorded price. Three of the nine deeds were trust or estate transfers within the same family rather than sales to outside buyers. Sales were spread across nine different streets, with no single street accounting for more than one transaction.
