Washington Street Anchors Active September for Whitman Home Sales
Whitman recorded 11 property sales between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with six prices posted so far ranging from $450 to $839 and a median of $617; five sales await price data from the registry. The top recorded sale was 171 Captain Allen Way at $839 on Sept. 29. Washington Street saw three transfers, the most of any street in the period, and four of the five unpriced sales appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust bearing the seller's name. With pricing still incomplete for nearly half the month's sales, the data offers only a partial read on current market conditions.
