Whitman posts 11 property transfers in late July as two condo sales join single-family mix
Whitman recorded 11 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8. Six deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $390 to $755, with a median of $574; the other five, several involving family members or trusts, did not list a price. The period's top recorded sale was 37 Lakeview St at $755, sold by Evan and Jasmine McCarthy to Ronald and Valerie Talbot. Cranberry Road and Auburn Street each saw two transfers. Four of the 11 deeds moved property among family members or into trusts, and one, 66 Belmont St, went from a mortgage servicer to a limited liability company. The raw count points to steady, modest activity, with no prior-period data available for comparison.
