Whitman Sees 10 Property Transfers in Late-Summer Sales Period, Half Without Disclosed Price
The Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded 10 Whitman property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15. Five of the 10 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $390 to $635, with a median of $534. The top recorded sale was 143 Cranberry Rd. at $635, sold by Damien Gray and Porshia Lashar Hammonds to Washington A. Dos Reis. Auburn Street had two transfers, the only street with more than one recorded sale. Three transactions involved same-surname or trust transfers rather than sales to new buyers, and none of those three disclosed a price, leaving the period's overall value picture incomplete.
