Four additional transfers in the period carried only nominal consideration and are not counted as sales, including a trust transfer on Priscilla Road and a shared-surname transfer on Auburn Street. With six market-rate sales recorded, the data shows a modest, steady pace rather than a sharp shift in either direction.
