At 22 Lazell St., Attorney Whitney sought approval for a rear building of roughly 1,750 square feet with three bedrooms, against a 900-square-foot ADU limit. Fire Chief Nicholas Grasso said he does not recommend making an ADU "bigger than we have bylaws for," and members asked for a floor plan and more parking.
