14 Property Transfers Recorded in Whitman, Five With Sale Prices So Far
Whitman recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds data, though only five carried a sale price at the time of compilation. Those five prices ranged from $110 to $725, with a median of $450. The period's highest recorded sale was 29 Whitman Ave., which sold for $725 on Aug. 28 from Whitman House LLC to Therrien Properties LLC. Eight of the 14 transfers appear to involve the same person or family on both sides of the deed, often through a trust, while three streets, Bedford, Harvard and Plymouth, each had two separate transfers recorded during the period.
