Whitman sees 12 deeds recorded in four-week span, half still awaiting price data

Whitman recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only six carried a sale price by reporting time, ranging from $110 to $725 with a median of $512. The top recorded sale was 29 Whitman Ave, which sold Aug. 28 for $725 to Therrien Properties LLC. Five of the six deeds without a price appear to be family trust transfers rather than open-market sales. With half the period's pricing still outstanding, a full read on market conditions isn't yet possible from this data alone.
